Stef is a certified Meditation and Alignment Coach and Yoga Teacher. She is highly motivated to share her passion for meditation and yoga with those who are looking to cultivate more calm awareness in their lives. She provides her clients with practical tools to help them experience perspective shifts, energetic healing, and more mindful moments in their day. She loves nature, animals and authentic connection. When she’s not practicing meditation or yoga, she’s likely outside drinking in the experience of the world we live in.

Meditation and Alignment Coaching
Alignment Coaching helps you begin to explore how to WALK your TALK.
It helps you become consciously aware of your thoughts, emotions and energy so that you can harness their transformative power to learn and grow, empowering yourself as a co-creator of your life.
With your coach, Stef Bourke, you can explore an entirely different set of non-tangible goals such as focusing on returning to love or being one with the universe. An Alignment Coach will help you achieve the spiritual fulfillment that you are looking for and experience a sense of peace, love, and purpose, as well as wholeness and appreciation for all that is.
During the coaching process we will build your meditation practice and make a commitment together to the daily maintenance of your physical and energetic being.
You will learn and explore a variety of styles of meditation so that you can begin to create the practice that resonates most deeply with you.
1:1 Sound Healing Sessions
This is a deeply restorative, one-on-one sound healing experience created just for you.
In this private session, you’re invited to slow all the way down and simply receive. Using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, gentle sound vibrations wash over the body, helping to calm the nervous system, soften tension, and release energetic blockages that may be stored beneath the surface.
There’s no effort required on your part—no movement, no “doing it right.” You’ll rest comfortably as the sounds guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where the body can reset and the mind can quiet.
There is spacious time to settle in, integrate, and allow whatever needs to arise to do so naturally. Each session is intuitive and responsive, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting your whole being—body, mind, and energy.

Community Classes and Workshops
A range of experiences designed to support the body, calm the mind, and encourage deeper connection, creating opportunities to come together in shared practice.
Classes include yoga, meditation groups, sound baths, as well as workshops and special events. Each experience invites a slowing down, a chance to tune inward, release tension, and to connect with oneself and others.
These practices are not about fixing or forcing change. Instead, they create space to breathe, to feel, to move, to rest, and to simply be. Participants are encouraged to approach each session with curiosity, kindness, and self-awareness.
The studio environment is welcoming, honoring the understanding that wellbeing is an ongoing relationship rather than a final destination. Come as you are, tired, curious, overwhelmed, or open, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at home in the body.
